We have 20 of those in our office, 3 doesn't work already

small size ; not slow

if you scan more than 50 pages a day it won't last long ; visioneer doesn't sell white film to replace the worn out ; bottom tray break off easily

I do not recommend this product if you are in a medical office.

Got shipped fast to me

Not compatible with my EHR software. When I called tech support, they told me to call my EHR. When I called my EHR, they told me to call the scanner people. I just got so frustrated I returned it ; Likes to jam up papers when scanning into a pdf

Great Scanners

 

We purchased these for a business. They work great. We now have quite a few of scanners and everyone likes them.

This scanner is easy to use. Simplex or duplex scans can be made with the punch of a button. For color scans you have to access the program on the computer but that's no problem at all

The warmup time the first time it is used in the morning is lengthy sometimes. This is not really a problem as long as you can wait on it
