My Dockport is leaving a scanned line all the way down the document where the feed roller is located. Am going to have to find out if it is defective or can be replaced.

USB power

Not easy to feed scanner - must push on paper / Software provided only scans to PDF format

Excellent for the cost!

 

Scans in PDF automatically with the included application. Once installed you can use any other applications to scan in any format as a standard scanner.

Easy to install and operate, I do not use for heavy duty but as a secondary scanner for convenience. It scans well even with slight imperfections in the document (bends and creases)

No 64-bit support

 

Decent scanner if you're on a 32-bit O/S (and plan to stay there for the life of your scanner)

Doesn't support Vista x64, Windows Server 2008 x64, or I'm guessing any other 64-bit O/Ses. It's almost impossible to find any online help or support from them. I haven't found anything to indicate they even acknowledge the problem or are working on it

It scans prettt nice for a tiny thing,and tiny it is. I cantr find a way. Though one person here says you have to puch the button to initiate scan, I found I just have to FEED it fir it to begin. Overll happt

Other reviewers mentioned problems feeding documents with folds or creases. I have not experienced such problems and have scanned a couple hundred tri-fold credit card statements and other mailed documents. I have scanned only documents, but no...

Very small, highly portable, and USB powered. The driver is small and does not install anything that runs and consumes resources even when the scanner isn't connected. Supports Windows XP/Vista WIA as well as TWAIN, so you scan scan directly into many...

It is sometimes too easy to insert a page so the top edge is not quite square, resulting in a slightly skewed scan. Adobe Acrobat is able to deskew scanned pages, but other apps may not do so. Generally you can tell when this happens and pull the page...

Not Perfect

 

I have been using mine for about 3 months. I really like it.

It is ALMOST Perfect

Don't loose the calibration paper! Mine always need to be recalibrated. I'm using on Vista so maybe that is to blame
