When I bought this scanner and it worked well, it was just the right scanner. Size, resolution, image quality was just what I wanted. The only bad things was that it would not feed glossy pictures and when using the plastic sleeve it would make the...

The scanner was exactly the size I wanted and when it worked it worked very well. When it worked the resolution and image quality was very good. Price was better than most other brands.

Frequently would start streaking the image that would not go away easily using the cleaning tools. Has problems scanning glossy finish pictures and the scanning sleeve supplied makes the pictures look dull. Fussy - sometimes the computer would not...

Support at Mustek is not there! If you are looking for a scanner I suggest get one that has support people that want to help!

Its small and light weight. Very portable

This thing is a piece of junk! When it did work it smeared the image and if it was a document I had to tape the document to a piece of cardboard just so it was thick enough to run it through. Then later it started telling me that there is no paper in...

Mustek Scanexpress

 

Would be nice if it came bundled with filing software like it used to be.

Portable, small, functional, cost effective. Ease of installation.

Very seldom, it will have problems with the 64 bit drivers and it will have to be unplugged and plugged back in. But at least don't have to reboot.
