Memorex SCF 3600P

I've had my Info Scanner for 2 years now and have had no problems with it. But it is only 24 bit 300 DPI scanner. Having upgraded my computer to a HP 650MHZ PIII, I decided to upgrade my scanner.

How come my Memorex VCR shows the picture when I tape, but the sound bleeds onto the picture from a previously taped program? Well, I'll tell you why!!
