Having issues with the rebate. Very disappointed if IRIS doesn't correct. Product was dropped shipped, but the purchase date started the date I bought it. So, I has a few days late sending in the rebate. Product is absolutely great!

Product says MAC compatible but after multiple attempts to install, still didn't work. Even went to product website and downloaded updates and patches, still didn't wotk.

This scanner is making it easyer to put all my genealogy into a file to put on a disk to shair with my family and friends.

Ordered because it was described that it offered everything I needed. If anything had a gloss, like a picture, it slid (slides). The size guarantee is not accurate. If there a thing on the paper (old staple holes) it gets stuck, not able to easily...

One of the CD's asked for a special code which does not come with the machine. You register product and they are to get back with you in two days with code. NOPE. Otherwise it's an excellent machine.

this has been my solution to keeping track of business expense account receipts.

I use this only to scan pics that are precious that folks will not let me take to be copied elsewhere.
