Remote rather too sensitive and skips onto a couple of channes further than you need on just one press but not really a problem you get to see what''s on other channesls while looking for the one you need

It takes ages to turn it on and the remote is awkward to use.

Loved the plug n play aspect, the pause n rewind facility (wish you didn't have to pause first though). Has its own volume control which is good.

Most important about a freeview box is the picture on the epg. I can scroll down some other channels whilst still watching the tv channel i am currently on. This is the only reason why i bought this box.
