It is easy to set up and use which is about the only good thing going for this HD Set top box.

Like everyone else I purchased 2 of these STB's from the Guys store based on the recommendation of the sales assistant. After about 6 months I started to get pixelation distortion on and off. I eventually had the aerial checked and they found nothing...

Cost me $1.50 (for parts to fix)

easy set up

Ive had the HD set top box for just over a year and its started to freeze even though there is sound for no reason i even have a digital antenna i have to turn it off at the power point and turn it back on to reset it

Easy to set up light and small.

Nothing besides the fact that after 12 months of use the screen started freezing with the sound continuing. I have to switch it off and on at the main switch at the back as all buttons and channels will not work until reset.

The ease of setup and cost-though in hindsight I would have been prepared to pay more for a unit that is more reliable

the fact that soon after warranty ended our first unit started to freeze, now the replacement is also freezing

EXACTLY 12 months & 1 day after purchase, it has begun freezing several times a night & has to be switched off at the main switch. I can't believe this began happening as soon as the warranty ran out. Are they programmed to do this, I wonder ?

Easy set up, good on-screen interface. Australian made.

Can freeze up & pixelate in bad weather, but I'd say this is a reception issue as we haven't got a proper digital antenna.

Easy to set up

Right after 1 year and 20 days it started freezing the view, so now I can't return it. After what the other guys said is seems it's a general problem, I thought onbly mine had it.

Cheap set top box with good reception (when it doesn't freeze up).

This is the 2nd box that I have had. I returned the 1st one the day after I bought it because there was no picture. The 2nd one is now constantly freezing on the screen and you need to power off each time this happens.
