Optoma HD66 DLP 3D Projector Review

 

The Optoma HD66 is a 3D ready projector for $700. It features 720p resolution and has tons of setup features, a full suite of calibration controls, great color, and decent black levels.

Price ; Great plug and play performance ; 3D Ready

Auto-source sometimes doesn't give enough time for HDCP ; No component input or breakout box ; No backlight on remote ; Needs user adjustment to look good

An image burnt into the picture, but you only see it when you fire up the projector. When the projector gets fully turned on the picture goes away and it isn't an issue

No issues with the product. Amazing resolution. Cannot really tell the difference between my 1080p TV and this 720p projector.
