Really, you had problem with the retractable cord. IF you read the instructions it tells you how to easily do it. This product worked great, had no problems, and highly recommend it.

I loved the size of this mouse, but mine died after a month. It had to do with the wiring on the cord. It shorted out and wasn't fixable. I went with another mouse...this time wireless...much better, but not the little size I liked.

I bought this mouse for my toddler son. It is the perfect size for little hands and he loves his little mouse. If fact my husband loves it too and I just had to go out and buy a second one for him so they don't have to fight over it...boys, this mouse...

I am on my second one and the retractable wire is extremely sensative. If the mouse wire is not wound correctly before packaging, then it will not work properly. I will not give it a third try. I will try another brand, other than GE!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS MOUSE! I USE IT WITH MY EEE PC, AND IT COMPLIMENTS THE COMPUTER BEAUTIFULLY, WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! BE ADVISED THAT THE MOUSE IS REALLY TINY THOUGH.
