Rattling sound in keyboard, which was easily fixed, pulled out the batteries, and moved it around to where it (little piece of plastic) fell out the battery compartment. Also the joystick takes some getting used to, but it's fine.. so no (real) cons

Unless you have good coordination you will likely have to reduce mouse sensitivity. More of a fact of life then a flaw. I expect avid console gamers will have no problem adapting to the thumbstick sensitivity
