Many of our plates don't fit in due to the third cutlery tray reducing space in the unit

Excellent machine, once you have had a miele you really would not want to change it

Expensive. Cups retain water on bottom because not tilted when loaded.

The purchase price; shop around and haggle hard.

Very quiet; cycle not too long, especially on 'turbo' ; good choice of options. Husband likes it!

Very expensive, but purchased after bad experience with cheaper - AEG - model; not sure if cutlery tray a good idea, rather than basket, takes some getting used to and is rather time - consuming to both load and unload.
