Good upper end card, low overhead

 

This video card uses the ATi Radeon HD3870 chipset, and performs slightly better than its competitors that use the older (non-G.92) NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS chipset.

Good value, good performance for almost anyone. Good company backing it

Not quite as powerful as NVIDIA's 8800 GT, but can come close

Excellent sub-$500 Super Wide Angle Lens

 

I purchased this lens just prior to a vacation at the coast. The plan was to use it for landscapes, seascapes, and sunrise/sunset shots to sell as gallery prints. It was used on a Canon 30D - which due to the 1.6X crop factor would make this lens...

Excellent quality lense

 

I have wanted a super wide angle lense for quite a while. I bought this for my Canon 20D and have been very happy with my purchase.

manual focus clutch mechanism, sharpness, autofocus, and quality

I don't think this lense is usefull for any situation

Tokina 19-35 on a N65

 

Bought for under $150.00, added a Tiffen 77mm filter set (HZ, POL, 80A). So far it's great. Couples up to the N65 with no problems. Autofocus works fine, and quietly enough. Pincushion and barrel effect really are trivial. I'm a veteran amateur, and...

A deal at this price point. Versatility of 19-35 for indoors can't be beat

Very good WA lens for price

 

I bought this lens for wide angle use on my Rebel XT. With the 1.6X crop factor of the sensor on this camera you need to go pretty wide to get true WA shots. This lens provides 19-35mm equivalent to 35mm frame size.

Good price, smooth operation, mostly sharp, low CA, fast constant f4

center sharpness, reported quality control problems
