Ease of use- very easy, so easy my wife not so tech savy can put her fav playlists in it and use it without troubling me.

As always when buying an mp3 player, get new headpones.

I myself payed half what is listed on newegg, because i purchased it where i work.

The included plastic cover is pretty cheap, but its good for those occasional drink spills! Battery door rattles a bit, but that's so minor I feel bad for mentioning it.

Long battery life, and the FM radio works great.

on mine, the battery was loose in the batter compartment, so it would randomly shut off, so i shimmed it witha afew peices of paper.

Cheap, decent playlist support, FM tuner is crisp.

Small capacity, but for the price really not too bad.
