I decided to take a trip down to Long Beach Island, NJ for a long weekend and some much needed rest and relaxation, but also decided to take along and review the Mustek MP100 Portable DVD Player while I was there.

Good Player with DIVX compatibality

 

I'll try to use other cards to be convinced of a problem with a sound. And also I'll tried to write DVD disc with .AVI files on it and see how it work on this DVD player.

So great I bought another!

 

Cross the bag's straps when attaching to vehicle headrest for best secure fit. IF able to place in the middle of the vehicle then the viewing angle is good enough for 3 people in a back seat to enjoy. I may buy another!

The USB flash drive & SD card compatibility maxes out at 2 GB according the manufacturer's tech rep. I do wish this could be increased with a firmware update but I don't know if firmware is even a factor. Be sure to use short file names when burning...

Great Cusomer Service

 

Returned Product due to the Spontaneously Restarting problem. Been shopping with Negegg since 2004, this is the first time I've had to deal with the Newegg Customer Support - THEY ARE THE BEST !!!, truly second to none.

Kinda fragile unit that does exactly what I bought it for

 

Has 4 FFW and REW settings: 2X, 4X, 8X, and 20X.

Yes it DOES play DivX Video from a USB memory stick.

Screen viewing angle is small
