I loved the mixer. It works quitely and the tilt back feature was great. I like the idea of it tilting so everything on the beaters drops into the bowl.

I bought this mixer in october and used it for thanksgiving work find took it out to use for christmas baking and the beaters want stay in tne mixer was very upset had to go buy another to do my christmas baking

Did a decent job while it lasted, but failed after a little less than a year, being used no more than a couple of times per week. Has a one-year Warranty from West Bend, so hopefully it can be replaced for fairly cheap.

I haven't had this mixer very long. So far so good. It stays put on the counter while mixing and doesn't move around. It seems to mix quite well without straining the motor.
