Mixer tool didn't reach the bottom of the bowl , found I had Ingredients not mixed in , splash gard bit flimsy, glad I didn't have to pay full price .

It quite often power surges when making a cake. Not sure a 400W motor is enough.

Not as noisy as some mixers. Mixes well in bowl, which is of a good size. Good accessories too
