My wife bought this only a couple of months ago - it's stopped working! The lights come on and the timer etc all work OK. The turntable turns and the beeps sound out when the cycle has finished - but ... the food, drink or even just a cup of water are...

Excellent product, it definately has a lot more functions than my previous microwave, and heats food in half the time.

Am pleased with the Prestige SE28S microwave I purchased 25/02/2010 but my my!! with a slightly
