Replacement Microwave

 

Slick look, very nice features, manageable size / weight, & quietly functions. The price point when I purchased it was fair considering it was more than my previous unit which was larger in size and wattage

A bit smaller than my last microwave (1.0 cu. ft.) which almost caught fire and the wattage was only 50 lower than the last one too. No problems with the new unit so far though

After much research I bought this microwave oven to be used as a built-in in our new kitchen. We spent almost as much as the oven cost for the trim kit, so we have over $400 in this. It cooks fine. After 5 months use the door stopped opening. I have to...

Just what we needed

 

We remodled the kitchen and did not want a built-in microwave, but needed a smaller one to fit in a cabinet. This microwave works great, looks great and is nearly silent when operating. We're very pleased and highly recommend this one!

Defective Unit

 

It looks nice. NewEgg has been easy to work with in order to get it replaced

The first unit I received had a defective door closing mechanism, so the microwave always thought the door was open. It wouldn't turn on or do anything while the door was "open". NewEgg has been slow to work with in order to get it replaced

Well designed!

They fail to tell you that....

 

" If I could give this a 0 I would give it a 0. Does not fit according to specifications. Instructions are awful. Does not sit flush with cabinet. They also fail to tell you that you must cut the cabinet and even then it does not fit flush. Sticks out...

Difficultt Mounting

 

" The trim kit looks good, but the mounting is unnecessarily difficult. There is little flexibility in the dimensions of the cabinet opening required to mount the trim piece. Four hidden screws would have made it much easier. "
