Got it home & to my disbelief it did not even work! The store could not get me another one to replace it only a different make & model - not impressed

Dial seems to scratch against something when turned. Could be damaged?

I can get bigger dinner plates in and it is easier to clean

Love the glass which is black when not in use and clear when cooking. Flatbed technology is so much more preferable to those wonky turntables.
