The elements take a bit too long to heat up. Cleaning is not as easy as it should be, takes a lot of elbow grease to remove any smudges. IF you have a pan that doesn't have a perfectly clean bottom it will mark up the cook top and it doesn't come off!

Owned 2 other brands of cooktops and this one- the Whirlpool is the best. Easy to install and it looks beautiful. I am glad we purchased this unit with the stainless steel trim as it really sets it off. The few extra dollars for the model with this...

Love the white glass top and the convenient simmer and warm features. Have no complaints.
