I thought it was a nice rice cooker at first but given its poor performance and that it didn't last me long I'd rather just get a cheap one next time.

Easy to use and makes great rice without the fuss.

Is a bit hit and miss with the way the rice cooks. Sometimes the rice gets brown on the bottom. This doesn't happen all the time so I'm not exactly sure why. On the flip side sometimes I do need to add extra water and press the 'cook' button again...

We add a tiny little bit more water so that it doesn't dry on the bottom while warming, so simple and a great product !!!

Seems to work as advertised. It does pay to give the rice a bit of a stir after the cooking phase is over to avoid it forming clumps but this is a small price to pay for the convienience & speed. Steaming accessories look like worthwhile items although...

It's big, fast and not too ugly!
