Terrible

 

Samsung does not honour their warranty, their service agents are incompetent and their customer service staff are agressive, hostile and abusive.

External icemaker is convenient.

Samsung does not back its warranty and its service is apalling.This fridge started frosting up within 6 months of purchase. We reported to Samsung and got them to log the calls (4 calls). Samsung Customer Service advised leaving the door open overnight...

Terrible

 

Its junk unless you want to spend 3 grand every 5 years to replace it. Service and spares are super expensive.

Lots of features. When it was working it was a good 2 door fridge although slightly bulky for the capacity

It developed a thermistor fault at 4 years and a gas leak 1 month out of the sealed unit warranty - cannot be regassed - ie its a cheap heap of junk technically that no one wants to touch and now has to be scrapped

Would not hesitate in buying this again. Apart from the drawer problem the fridge keeps the food so fresh and cold and it beeps if you have it open too long. Having the convience of the water and ice despenser is excellent and there seems to be plenty...

The features are endless!!! From Never having to open the door for ice and water, Displays the temperature for both the fridge and freezer sections, Easy clean Glass shelves, Excellent Storage in the Doors, 2 Crisper Drawers that actually keep the...

The drawers dont glide very easily and if you forget to push them in properly they get damaged by the door closing on it. Had to wait over 2 months for a part that was missing when the fridge arrived, this was claimed under the warranty.
