Ice cube maker and dispenser is easy to use and the clear front drawers make identifying products easy. control panel is easily accessible and gives an accurate reading and identifies if the door is left open.

having to pay more to get the product in graphite as opposed to white. the compartments are not as spacious as my previous deep freeze as this one is frost free. it would be good if you made a taller model.

This is a direct replacement for the previous model and somehow they've managed to make more space. Ice box is an improvement over the previous one.

It's not bad yet. But the last model we had only lasted four years. This is an insurance replacement because they could not locate the pcb for it. Shocking to think parts are discontinued within 4 years. Hoping this one lasts longer than 4 years.
