Bought over the web the Olympus EXWP-1 binoculars having first carried out an extensive review and looking at a pair in the flesh.

Excellent bright image, nice feel and good weight

Slight red fringe on extremes of the field of view

The Magellan EXWP-1 8x42 binoculars are the best money I have spent in a long time. I did extensive research before buying and compared these with binoculars twice the price and these hold there own and actually have a better image from edge to edge...
