Great optics

 

I tried many 8x40 and went for the Nikon, because they were very good optically and I know the brand well (used their cameras for ages) just this size is a bit bulky, but the optics are well worth the compromise. Very nice.

Very bright. FOV is very wide with minimal distortion.

Not waterproof but have had no issues with fogging. WP model is twice the cost of these.
