The machine does everything for you, it's easier than preparing an instant coffee but much tastier and the aroma is devine. You can also prepare tea as the Cappuccino nozzle produces hot water as well.

The end product is not has hot as though you'd used a kettle but you can increase the temperature. It won't let you increase too much as they say you will ruin the coffee?

Beautiful fresh coffee at the push of a button. What's not to like?

The ability to alter the temperature of the coffee and the creme is a bonus. We bought this half price in the sale I wouldn't have paid the full price.

The infuser is difficult to remove and clean. The instructions are not user friendly.

Does what it says on the tin. Having read many reviews was a bit unsure about purchasing product Delonghi ecam magnifica S but there were more good reviews than bad. Having now used the machine for several weeks I can't fault it, all I will say is read...

When you first take it out the box, there seems like a myriad of pieces and buttons. 10 min with the instructions you realise how simple and easy it is to operate - plus coffee shop standard coffee at home - what's not to love

I live in a soft water area but the machine still likes to tell me it needs de- scaled quite often. I just Are you run it through the de-scaling process with water and its fine

Works well once you read the manual properly!

A plastic red 'lego' piece fell out and I cannot work out where to replace it
