I upgraded from a bar 32 to this machine. I really like it. I have had no problems so far. Looks good on the counter with my stainless kitchen. It has a cup warmer which the bar 32 does not. Doesn't vibrate as much as the 32. Now I do not have to hold...

No place to put the extra porta filter cup, like the 32 has. I put mine under the drip tray on a paper towel. There is room for that under there.

Easy to fill with water and easy to use. cleanup is pretty simple.

have to remove tray for regular sized coffee cups. It only has room for cups that are 2.5 inches or smaller with tray on.

Makes coffee.

After 2 weeks and about 10 cups of coffee the unit would not power on. The water would not heat. I did not purchase this from newegg. My mistake. I now have to take it in for repair. Not my idea of a quality product.
