Love this machine, think it's excellent value for money. Tried frothing milk for the first time after several months of owning it and it as easy to do as the other functions.

Can't really fault it too much......................if I had to say anything it would be that its quite noisy and the water resevoir could do with being a bit bigger?! But that could be to do with the amount of coffee we drink?!!!

Steam wand is very very slow and takes a while to go back to coffee mode from steam mode... shame

Took too long to warm back up from using the frother and returning back to the coffee dispenser. My machine began to leak after 1 month. I returned my machine and requested my money back.

Easy to use and great tasting coffee what more could you want ?

None yet but I haven't reached the point where the machine tells me that it needs a clean yet so I'll reserve judgment on that for now

I like my frothed milk very hot, it takes a bit of technique and time to perfect that! Water container could be larger

Just what I was looking for.Hesitated for a long time before purchase as it is quite expensive, but so much easier than every other machine I have owned,and much less messy as it is all automatic. Makes very good coffee.

A bit fiddly to get started, fine once you get to the settings that suit your taste. worried that the knobs , which are plastic might break.
