Good stuff
For the price you cant beat it.
Cheap, brews nice, aroma fills the room up with a nice scent, and the auto shutoff is nice for the office

Yes, the pouring procedure is a little tricky. NOT the worst thing in the world. wish we could have just replaced the carafe for ten dollars. Anyone need an extra coffee maker sans carafe
