Poor battery life for call center use. If you are on the headset all of the time the battery only lasts 4 hours. It will fully re-charge in about an hour, but if you dont have a full hour it wont get you through the rest of the day.

Greatest Headset Ever

 

For an office environment with multiple forms of audio communications this device is the tops. You will have to purchase an adapter cable for the specific model of deskphone or a handset lifter to be able to answer calls from the headset though.

The Bluetooth connection for this is through the base station so I can't take the headset with me when I have to travel about the campus on tech calls. I have to switch over to my other BT headset when leave the office.

Awesome product!

 

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and I must say it's an awesome product. I am able to use 1 battery for about 3-4 hours of talk, and switch. Seemlessly use Voip direct into computer, bluetooth on your phone, and landline. No issues whatsoever! A+++++
