Not had the unit long, but happy so far, easy enough to set up, sound bar wired in and sub bluetoothed, a great feature compared with the unit its replacing and its very short wire. Samsung quality, backed up by the excellent richer sounds extra warranty

Solidly built. No cables included. Only basic user guide provided - had to download full manual to properly understand features and how to set up and use. Fairly easy to set up and integrate with Samsung TV. Sound - a big improvement on TV although...

I purchased this soundbar as it was recommended by Which, and I am not disappointed. The sound really fills the room and speach is clearer. It was easy to set up and the advice from Richer Sounds to purchase a HMDI cable made operating much easier.

On switching on the sound barrier it take a minute or two for the sound to settle down. Would have though it would have come complete as I had to purchase a cable to fit on the TV to the sound bar.

Delivered within 36 hours of ordering. Plugged into my Samsung TV. Instant improvment in sound clarity and quality. Couldn't be happier.

I was almost driven to despair by the lack of clear set up instructions but someone from Richer Sounds miraculously managed to take me through the set up on the phone. The results are stunning. Thank you.
