compare against the more expensives and matter of taste but for the size doesn't get any better. There is sometimes a high frequency high volume clipping as stated in other reviews. Surprisingly hefty; size and shape and weight take some learining....

It's a gem of a speaker. Wonderful and full sound comes out of this small box. Reminds me of the old time all wood cathedral looking radios from the 50's with the huge warm sounding speakers. With wireless bluetooth I use my phone to play the sounds...

Have been a klipsch fan for many many years. The GIG exceeded my expectations. I use the speaker on the beach and am very pleased with the sound quality, build and extra features packed into this unit that dont come on many more expensive models.

This speaker with a rechargeable battery and bluetooth capability is amazing. The sound is really excellent and it's easy to use. Combined with the great price on this item (I got a $200 speaker for $60), it was one of the best buys I've ever made!
