Lots of settings, two setting memory for frequently used settings.

Can take up to 9 kg's

Cloths only completely dry if I set the drying manually and not automatically to detect.

Hassle free to keep it clean. Quicker cycles than I'd envisaged. Easy to use and a great "when do you want this drying to be finished by" feature.

The obvious one is price. But there are relatively few heat pump dryers on the market, so you'd expect to pay for it
