unfortunately the bag that came with the hairdryer smelt so bad that not even airing it helped and my bedroom needed airfreshner! The hairdryer had a rattle to it and didn't have the power that I needed for long hair. It's a shame.

I was sceptical purchasing this hairdryer as it had no reviews but decided to try it. What a disappointment. Tried to dry my hair and a burning smell came from it and then it just stopped. Definitely sending back. Perhaps i just received a faulty one...
