use it alone or mixed with Aussie three minute miracle & you'll get amazing results ^_^ its best to leave it on longer than 30min & to wear a shower cap so it doesnt dry out. adding a little bit of heat with a blow dryer helps (:

I was a little grossed out by the placenta factor, but I really liked this conditioning treatment. My hair felt super soft and was very shiney after I used it. I left it on for about ten minutes under my shower cap and it worked very well.

I have used this off and on over time and with consistent use my hair is softer and shinier. Smells kinda funny but works well when left on with a shower cap and towel i have long curly hair that needs the intense moisture of this product.
