I always keep a mini brush in my handbag and I must say this one is pretty handy. If your hair isn't too long or too thick, it should do the job. The bristles are a bit hard at first, though.

I brought two of the mini brushes for my 10 month old's curly hair & it works perfectly, much better than the usual style baby hairbrush & the size is just right to hold. Ordered two expecting both to be red but one was purple.
