Just be careful not to burn your fingers or ears on the extremely hot barrel.....very painful!!

I read the reviews before purchasing and I have to agree this is a great buy. It's the first time I have curled my own hair and it is very easy. Heats up and cools down very quickly. This is for tight curls if you are looking for a more flowing beach...
