At first I loved this thing but over time the batter use time lessened and now it will only work if plugged into the charger, plus the on off switch keeps falling off.

For the price, it's ok. I've never used an epilator before so didn't want to spend a fortune. But I was expecting it to pull more hairs out than it actually does! I've used it about 5 times over the last two weeks to make sure I've covered different...

I've only used this once but so far so good I like how small it is as it's good for travel, it lasts a long time before it needs charging again and for the price it's worth it.
