Did'nt come up to temp,tried smoking brisket and pork shoulder,The smoker never got above 196,after 12 hours.I caled Bradley,they we're no help at all.I'm sending it back.

I highly reccomend this smoker it takes most of the "chore" out of smoking, just set it and come back when it done to enjoy your smoked food.
