Not as good as my older XL

 

Sound is very soft cant really hear unless is very quite, no radio, no open window, etc. CS said to reset unit that did not do anything. Not happy with this unit at all and do not recommend it

Simple to operate and the free lifetime maps is great....As a side note..When using the GPS, DO NOT use another GPS device in the vehicle while navigating...The signals from both devices can interfere with each other and you could end up looking for a...

Updates easily

 

In order to update maps in this device you must download "mydrive" from tomtom/getstarted . Com Once you do that it'll ask for serial number and will say the device is a "Start 20" device. This is because they're the same device. Just follow the promps...

what a disappointment. i challenge anyone to successfully follow their "simple directions".. the box says in bold letters VIA 1410M SE, try going to tomtom.com/getstarted and find that model. try finding the serial number from their videos of how to do...
