The blender was missing the gasket, and when I went to exchange the blender/food processor for a complete package, all the blender/food processors in the Sears store were missing gaskets. As I don't want my smoothies and other blended drinks to leak...

I LOVE THE BLENDER , IT WORKS FOR EVERYTHING AND YA IT MAKES NOISE BUT HEY IT DOESN'T SAY SOUNDPROOF ON THE BOX SO ITS OK AND THE FOOD PROCESSOR WELL WORKS GREAT FOR VEGGIES . I LOVE THE PRODUCT AND MY MOM HAS ONE JUST LIKE IT IN CALIFORNIA .
