the capacity of the bowl isnt really big enough - and/but it is the only stand mixer that has attachments which would replace my fantastically useful Magimixx - since 'i dont really have room for both... If, in due course they make one that mixes 2Kg...

Great machine, does everything, I have used all the features and it is a really clever peace of kit. Unlike other multi use mixers this doesn't take up so much counter space.
