TV arrived intact; but, did not function properly. HDMI ports would not work. Unit was a replacement, so I connected my old TV and everything worked just fine. No doubt the refurbished Vizio TV was a complete dud.

I am very impressed with this TV. Sure it came in a plain brown box but the TV looked like new from the way it was packaged. Great price for a 1080p LED HDTV. Perfect size for a bedroom.
