A crisper screen, better lighting, and new navigation, make the Kindle Voyage a premium e-book device
Sleek design ; Screen is easy on the eyes
Takes a bit of time to get used to the navigation methods ; Price

With an impressive high-resolution display and a vast content catalog to match, the Kindle Voyage is easily the best e-reader Amazon has ever crafted. Still, its high price tag means it just doesn't make sense for the average reader.
Flush, pixel-dense screen is the best we've seen on any e-reader ; PagePress buttons are mostly satisfying ; Thin and light
Expensive for a standalone e-reader ; Base price includes ads
After living with the Kindle Voyage for a full week, two undeniable truths become apparent. First, it's the best e-reader you can buy right now. Second, it's also the most expensive, and therein lies the rub. Who exactly does Amazon expect will pay...

This is, without question, the best Kindle ebook reader yet. Between the improved specs and Amazon's reading ecosystem, it's the best E Ink reader you can buy.
Great Screen ; Slim Profile ; Excellent overall reading ecosystem
Expensive ; No expandable storage ; More locked down ecosystem than competing readers
In spite of Barnes & Noble’s absence and Sony’s relative silence, the devoted ebook reader arms race hasn’t ended. Kobo is pushing the space’s limitations and Amazon is following suit, incorporating new technologies into its mainstream products. The...

No longer the most premium Amazon ereader
Nice page turning options ; Brilliant screen ; Sleek design
Highly expensive ; Interface identical to other models ; Buttons slightly hard to hit
Is it worth the cost? A one off payment is manageable, but it's still a touch too pricey – despite being a brilliant reading experience.

You should probably get the Paperwhite, but I love the Voyage
Excellent screen ; Physical buttons ; Great design
Overpriced for its capabilities ; Not waterproof ; Seriously, Amazon, get it together and release a waterproof version of this thing. Your CEO is putting rockets into space, but I can’t put my Kindle Voyage in a bathtub? Come on.

The Amazon Kindle Voyage is one of the nicest best ebook readers available, though most people will still be served just fine by the Kindle Paperwhite.

Has Amazon made the best e-reader yet?
Brilliant screen ; Sleek design ; Page turn buttons
Very expensive ; Same old interface ; Buttons can be hard to hit
Ekspertanmeldelse af : Michael Brown (pcworld.com)
The Kindle Voyage delivers higher resolution, new page-turn tech, improved contrast, smoother glass, and other improvements you didn't know you wanted.
300 pixels-per-inch display ; Ambient light sensor ; Edge-to-edge glass ; Touch-sensitive page-turn buttons
Very expensive ; Power adapter still not included
Amazon already had the best e-reader on the market with the Paperwhite. Amazon raises the bar with the Voyage, but pumps up the price tag at the same time.

The humble e-reader is the evolutionary equivalent of a duck-billed platypus: at some point, it fell off the family tree. It's been plotting its own course ever since, totally comfortable in its...
PagePress is a revelation for heavy readers ; Best E Ink I've seen ; Automatic brightness is great (and overdue)
Pricey compared to the Paperwhite ; Official Amazon case isn't good
Ekspertanmeldelse af : David Carnoy (cnet.com)
Although it's pricey, the Kindle Voyage's slim design, sharper display and even better lighting make it an attractive high-end e-book reader.
The Kindle Voyage is the summit of Amazon's e-reader line: it's the company's lightest touchscreen model ever, with the best resolution and contrast to date, better built-in lighting, a flush glass front and dedicated page-turn buttons.
It's not a huge upgrade over the Kindle Paperwhite, but it costs considerably more. And you'll pay more still for a case, which isn't included.
The Kindle Voyage is Amazon's best e-reader to date, and probably the best e-reader ever -- but it doesn't come cheap.
