the product overall is good why do manufactureers make reading the instructions difficult the only downside is my new tv/combi when preinstalling the channels failed to pick up the preview ones so only picked up the 1-5 only

The instructions are easy to follow and very comprehensive.

I read the clear instructions, I plugged it in and turned it on, and it really was easy peasy from thereon out. Quite different to my previous experience, spent many hours, days without getting the damn thing to work, then gave up and returned it - so...

Straight forward programming for recording, accessing menus, 'plug and play' straight out of the box. Remote control functionality and ease of use, looks good.

Product was cheap to buy, works effectively and is simple to operate.
