RjTECH RJ-1800DVX MPEG-4 and DivX Certified DVD Player

After reading all the reviews, I was expecting this player to be junk -- but I seem to have received a good unit.

Component output (YUV) in progressive and interlace from the RCAs is poor quality (very blocky, poor contrast, color noise).

The price is quite high for this product. Comparing with the previous version, it only added a new feature of allowing USB as input. (if it has a small hard drive inside without increase much price to store songs for Karaoke will become more unique...

1) I have some technical question like I cant adjust the Echo volumn for karaoke like the previous verison RJtech DVD player. I went to the www.rjtech.net there is so limited information you can find and no contact info I found!!! how do I ask for help...
