if you want a really high resolution audio player, u will not find a better SACD DVD-audio player, powerfull low end, detail and warm almost analog (if you have a highend turntable u will understand what i mean, warm , detail, power, ANALOGUE SOUNDING)...

Rc is not bad but not as nice as the unit. Not designed for multi ch but I'm a stereo boy so no worries for me.

Brings superb sound quality to 5.1 from a good dvd.
The design might be a little stark for some, particularly if you're used to all the bells and whisles of say a Yamaha.

Solidly built with a good sound and vision output. It has performed well from day one and was easy to set up.
Not so much a bad point but it is quite slow to load and unload discs compared to the Sony it replaced.
