Does everything it's meant to do and looks good.

Dent more noticeable than I would have thought would be sent as a refurbished item. Little wide (I would think) for a late model Blu-ray player but the dimensions are noted so it's not like I wasn't expecting it

Not a bad refurb Blu-ray for under $100. Good standard features. Didn't want one with all of the on-line video services. Load fairly quick, and matches my LG Plasma.

When I opened the box. It appears which I assumed that it was the tech bent the metal cover when putting the unit back together after repair. I took the cover off and bent it back and put it on correctly.
