Toshiba's Satellite L730 isn't an exceptional Sandy Bridge laptop, but it's a perfectly acceptable all-rounder.

Decent performance at an acceptable price ; It's not black

Hard drive shock sensor is very sensitive ; Plastic build leads to clicky keys and optical drive ; Battery life is only average

Easy to use. Nice design

Battery life is very poor on the default "balanced" option. "Power saver" extends its life by at least 2 hours

The battery does not last 6 hrs. As mentioned , i am going to complain about this. And i need you to change it. And also the laptop is very slow , very vry slow , i am not happy with the product at all

don't buy

 

Whilst this looks a great bargain with the assurance of a 'brand name' my experience is that it is a poor bit of kit. The motherboard failed after 8 months and the Toshiba service process is a nightmare. Several other failures reported on the net
