Sony's E series are perfectly good budget laptops, with the only real detractors being the screen quality and battery life. But for the price, what you're getting is a good deal.

This product is appalling. I have this product for more than 8 months now. I have never had a non-trouble period. First, the wifi would not work. Then, the computer crashed and got bricked when I tried to do a factory reset. Sony does nothing to help...

Broke in 6 months

 

When I first contacted sony to let them know my laptop broke they told me they will send me via email how to get it fixed. They didn't, checked the spam folder not there. I seriously have called them 10 time, the promise they will call me back or email...

It looked nice when it worked

Even under warranty if it breaks your stuffed
